Privacy notice

This notice explains how Muscat Tech Solutions ("MTS", "we") handles personal data on the Imda website and when you contact us. It follows Oman's Personal Data Protection Law (Royal Decree 6/2022, as amended) and its Executive Regulation.

What we collect on this website

• No forms and no advertising tools.
• Analytics, only with your consent. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics records how the website is used: pages viewed, buttons clicked, approximate location and device type. Google processes this data outside Oman. You can withdraw your consent at any time on our cookie policy page.
• Your language choice may be remembered in your own browser. It never reaches us.
• Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Google receives your IP address when the fonts load, as with any website that uses them.
• Basic server logs (IP address, time, page requested) may be kept by our hosting provider for security, for a short period.

When you contact us

If you message us on WhatsApp, email or call us, we receive your name, number or email address and what you write. We use it only to reply and to arrange a demo or pilot. WhatsApp is a service of Meta and has its own privacy terms.

We keep these messages only as long as we need them for that conversation, and delete them when you ask.

Data inside Imda

When an organisation uses Imda, that organisation controls the documents and user details in it. MTS processes them on its behalf, under the agreement we sign with that organisation.

• On-premise: Imda runs on the organisation's own servers. Documents stay there.
• Managed cloud: Imda is hosted for the organisation by MTS, in data centres in India, with encryption and access controls. Because this is a transfer of data outside Oman, users are asked for their consent, and we provide a data-processing agreement and security documents to the organisation.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw a consent you gave. Contact us at contact@mts-om.com, WhatsApp or phone +968 7963 3314. If your data is held inside an organisation's Imda, contact that organisation first; we will help them answer you.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology in Oman.

Changes

We will update this notice when our practices change, and show the date at the top.
