    Upload it.

    Upload a PDF, Word file or image, or let it arrive from your ERP, DMS or CRM. It gets its own number.

    Choose who signs.

    Pick a template. It puts each signature box on the right page and sets the order: one after another, or at the same time.

  3. 03

    Each person signs.

    They get an email and an app notification, open the document and sign in their box. A one-time code confirms it's them.

  4. 04

    Signed by all.

    When the last person signs, everyone gets the signed PDF, with a record of who signed and when.

  5. If rejected

    Fix it and start again.

    The person who rejects writes a reason, and everyone is told. You upload a new version, the old one is kept, and signing starts again from the first person.

What is Imda?

Imda is document workflow and e-signature software built by Muscat Tech Solutions (MTS) in Oman. You upload a document, choose who signs and in what order, and follow it until everyone has signed. Every signature is confirmed with a one-time code (OTP) and recorded in a full audit trail.

Who is Imda for?

Organisations in Oman and the GCC that sign documents every day and want to stop chasing signatures by email, paper and courier.

Can it follow our own process?

Yes. A template sets who signs, where each signature goes, and the order: one after another, at the same time, or a mix.

Can we change a document's route after it starts?

Yes. You can add a person to a document that's already moving, and set cover when someone is away. Your template stays as it is.

What happens if someone rejects?

They write a reason and everyone on that document is told. You upload a new version, the old one is kept, and signing starts again from the first person.

Can I sign from my phone?

Yes. The Imda app for iPhone and Android tells you when it's your turn. Open the document, sign in your box and confirm with a one-time code.

Can people outside our company sign?

Yes. They get a link, log in with their email and confirm with a one-time code.

Does it connect to our systems?

Yes. Documents come in by upload, from your ERP, DMS or CRM, or through the REST API. PDF, Word and image files are supported.

How is a signature confirmed?

Every signature is confirmed with a one-time code (OTP) and recorded in a full audit trail.
